security service to acquire a sponsor license to employer foreign workers. The
general requirements for a sponsor license are that you must have a genuine trading
business, a genuine need for a worker in an occupation that is on the eligible list of
occupations, ability to pay the minimum salary (which varies subject to the job
chosen and personal circumstances of the applicant) and appropriate management
systems in place to govern the employment whilst complying with UK employment
legislation (eg pension registration and employers liability insurance). You will usually
